Subject to the restrictions described below, any information about you which is obtained during the recruiting process may only be used and retained by the Future Subaru Tech team for purposes of considering your qualifications for employment. The Future Subaru Tech team may also, provided that your individual information is de-identified, use such information for general research purposes regarding our recruitment process.

Access to your information will be limited to the number of persons in the organization that need such information for assessing your suitability for the role you applied for as well as for general administrative tasks or those that we are obligated by law to share the information with. This includes, but is not limited to recruiting teams, management, interviewers and authorized retailers.

The ways in which the Future Subaru Tech team collects and uses personal data, and your rights to request access to and correction of your personal data, are regulated by Subaru’s Online Privacy Policy in accordance with applicable law. By submitting your information, you acknowledge that all representations made by you are true and correct to the best of your knowledge and belief, and you have not knowingly omitted any relevant information. You understand that any inaccurate information may disqualify you from employment before or after you are hired.
